I chose this methodology to get certified because it's about more than just setting goals. My story
For over two decades, I worked in the corporate world, leading diverse, high-performing teams across industries. I saw firsthand the impact that strong leadership and collaboration can create, and also the struggles people face when fulfillment, balance, or purpose are missing.
The turning point came when I realized my true passion was not only in achieving business results, but in helping people grow as leaders, athletes, and individuals. That calling led me to train as a CTI coach and ultimately found MEG Company , where I could fully devote my energy to guiding others on their own journeys.
Today, MEG Company stands on the foundation of performance and leadership, but its mission reaches deeper: to empower growth, nurture connection, and unlock fulfillment.
My background
Born in Mexico and living in the Netherlands for the past 20 years, I've built my life and career across cultures while raising a family with my Spanish husband. This diverse journey has shaped me with resilience, dedication, and a deep commitment to growth.
